History of Cattaraugus and RocketCup Coffee
Cattaraugus, NY, was established in the 1800s as a booming center for the lumber industry and railroads. Its close-knit community, charming small-town atmosphere, and rich history have remained intact over the years. As RocketCup Coffee opened its headquarters here in October 2023, we became part of this living history, setting up shop in the center of Main Street.
RocketCup Coffee is built on the values of craftsmanship, community, and connection – values that echo Cattaraugus's past. The town's old railroad lines and industries once brought people together, and today, RocketCup strives to do the same through our coffee, our events, and our welcoming café environment. As a business rooted in Cattaraugus, we are proud to bring both residents and visitors into this ongoing story.
